CalcAir is part of the Perseus Operating Group of Constellation Software Inc. Perseus is home to dozens of industry-leading vertical market software companies, and has over 30 years of experience building and scaling software businesses. There will be no changes to pricing, software functionality, or customer service personnel in connection with the foregoing.
