How to Upgrade (3 Simple Steps)
- Log in as usual: Use your current Site ID and PIN.
- Select your profile: A pop-up will appear. Simply find and select your name from the employee list.
- Confirm your details:
If your email is listed: We’ll verify the address on file.
If your email is missing: You’ll be asked to enter your work email address.
What Happens Next?
For Executives: If your email is already on file, you will receive an immediate password reset link to finish setting up your account.
For Staff & IT: To ensure security, your request will be sent to your company’s Executive team for approval. Once they click “Approve” in the email they receive, you’ll get a link to set your password.
Quick Tips
Keep your Site ID handy: You can still use it for general system access for the time being, but we encourage everyone to transition to their individual email login as soon as possible.
Executives: If you do not have an email address on file, the system cannot automatically upgrade you. Please contact your Main Contact or our Support Team to update your profile.
