CalcAir’s Report Writer provides a quick and easy way to create or modify customized reports in addition to the more than 175 plan reports and various participant statements already available through our system.

Customize reports and statements, selectively prepare announcements and letters to plan participants, or create extract files for use with other systems such as word processors, databases, payroll systems, or billing systems.

User-Defined Reports

User-defined reports can incorporate basic math functions and formats can be saved for reuse. The calculated results can be loaded back into our Pension System using the included Data Import Assistant.

Create and save your report formats for easy modification or regeneration, later or quickly create variations for other applications or plans. Use your own headers, footers, or columns. Draw from any stored or calculated data, even the results of arithmetic formula included in the report’s definition.
